Cost: $50 Initial visit, $30-50 follow-up visits. I also accept insurance referrals through American Specialty Health-contracted plans; patients pay only a co-pay for acupuncture (we’ll verify your plan coverage before starting).

As a clinical herbalist trained in the Classical Chinese tradition, I design custom herbal formulas using water-based herbal granules (convenient extracts you dissolve in hot water) to target internal disharmony and effect lasting changes. For acute issues, I can often prepare a formula during your acupuncture visit at no extra consultation cost, while chronic or complex conditions benefit from a separate 1:1 consultation to ensure a detailed, personalized approach (see below for details). I also offer a curated selection of trusted Chinese topical and internal herbal products to complement your care.
